Terms Of Service

1. Prices may change over time prior to opening.2. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.3. Payments can be made via Paypal, Stripe, or Ko-fi with USD only.
(Unless you are a Singapore resident, then local bank transfer is also okay)4. My commissions are for personal use only. Using my commissions for commercial use (e.g re-selling or reprinting this into merchandise to sell) is NOT allowed.5. I strictly DO NOT ALLOW my art being used for anything AI or NFT related.6. If you would like to commission me for commercial work, please contact me personally to discuss beforehand. Prices will vary in that case.7. I require a full deposit or half deposit at minimum before I work on your commission.8. A sketch will be given for you at approval stage. Any major edits and revisions must be made at this stage. This includes significant changes to the pose or body shape or any redrawing required.9. After the sketch has been approved, I will not accept any major changes. Minor edits like colours is fine though.10. I have the right to decline any commission requests without reason.11. Refunds will not be accepted if the final sketch has been shared.12. I usually take 2 weeks maximum to finish a commission upon receiving payment/ deposit, but I may require more time depending on my schedule. In this case I will definitely inform you.13. If you have a specific deadline in mind or want to skip my queue, I will charge extra.14. Please do not take credit of the artwork commissioned. I, the artist, retain all rights to it as my intellectual property. the client may not claim ownership of it and use it for anything other than personal use.15. (For regular and sketch commissions only) You will receive two versions of the artwork- one without the watermark, so that it is used better for headers or icons and that you can use in private, and one with the watermark, which I will require you to use and post if you put it up anywhere on social media.16. Please do not edit my watermark out for my outfit commissions.17. I do not allow modifying, or tracing any commissioned pieces in any form. If you have any minor colour edits you would like to make, you can ask me to do it directly.18. Please note that my skills as an artist are constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between my website samples and the illustration you will receive.

> All outfits are only done with flat colours
> For every 5 outfits you commission at a time, you get 2USD off!
> I'll draw a base of ur character along with it, but I'd greatly appreciate if you already have a base of your character for me to draw over.
> Character base will not be coloured by default, but you can get it coloured for another 2USD!
> I pride myself on making clothing that particularly suit my client's character's personality and style!✓ I mostly do casual modern fashion.

✓ I can do lolita fashion, alternative fashion, other harajuku subcultures and street fashion.
✓ I can do NSFW clothing such as lingerie or fetish wear.
✓ I can do more detailed stuff (e.g a lot of jewelry, magical girl outfits, etc.) for extra charge
✓ I am only comfortable making Chinese traditional clothing or modernized Chinese traditional clothing.✗ I will not draw or design fantasy outfits or armour
✗ I prefer not to do anything very costumey, like Halloween costumes.
✗ I will not do period clothing (e.g medieval Victorian gowns)
✗ I am not comfortable doing traditional clothing or adaptations of it for ethnicities I am not a part of.

How to order

1. Please fill in the forms below depending on which commission you want to get!2. I will contact you on Twitter/ Discord/ Email/ Instagram to let you know if I have accepted your commission.3. An invoice will be sent to you via Paypal or Stripe.4. I will work on the commission after receiving the full payment or half-deposit.5. I will email you the finished product.6. If you chose to make a half-deposit before receiving the final product, then an invoice will be sent for the latter half of the deposit too via Paypal or Stripe.
